Charis steers the ship as CEO of Max Capital. A mover and shaker in the lending business, Charis is passionate about leaning in to help her investor clients grow their business. With every loan, Charis knows she is making a difference and helping her clients become more successful.

In the financial crash Charis closed her Utah operation and moved to Las Vegas. Seeing opportunity in REO, Charis quickly got her real estate brokers license and became the managing broker of one of the valley's largest independent brokerages.
During this time, Charis personally sold over 3,000 SFR for her banking clients and traded over $900,000,000 NPL trades making her one of the top producing female reale state agents in the country.
Charis differs from a traditional mortgage broker or real estate agent in many respects. Between 2010- 2014, Charis was the architect and President of a real estate software platform. That platform was the first to take a defaulting note from first pay default all the way through REO disposition and much more.
In 2012, she created a module that allowed her company to be the first software to analyze SFR in mass nationwide. This allowed groups such as Progress Residential to have actionable data on over $16,000,000,000 in SFR assets across 17 markets in 6 months.
The software business gave her the unique experience of sitting at the intersection of Bank/ Investor, Servicer, Acquisition Fund, Escrow/ Title company and Broker. "I wasn't there for just one sale; I was there to listen to each stake holder and implement their needs into our software." This gave her a deep understanding of each of their processes and how to maneuver between them.
This in-depth knowledge of not only mortgage, but all of the supporting industries is what led her to the NON-QM mortgage space and to build a company not just for now but for the future.

Over the last three years Sam has facilitated millions of dollars of whole loan transactions between funds and built a single-family rental and small multi-family investment portfolios.
